Introduction

Hello dear readers. After recently reviewing a lot of MLM and DFY programs, this time it is the turn of a PPC system, which stands for pay per click. Yes, you just click and get money or do you? Like for previous reviews, I will base my conclusions on the information present on their website, as well as researching other existing reviews.

I have not been a member of this program, nor will I ever be. If you read on, I will explain my non-rating will become clear as I am giving very good reasons to avoid four dollar click. If you are really interested in making money online successfully, then I am giving you my recommendation number one at the end of my review.

What is Four Dollar Click (FDC)?

Their program offers you a PPC system, where you click on advertisements and then receive money. Essentially, it’s a way for businesses of buying visits to their site, rather than attempt to “earn” those visits organically. Every time a company’s ad is clicked, sending a visitor to its website, they have to pay Google or any search engine a small fee. In their program, part of that fee is to become yours.

So, now you know the basics of this PPC program and Four Dollar Click is going to provide you all the advertisements, which is the most essential part. If you think that you will get an unlimited number of ads to click on, then think twice. However, this company tells you not to worry, as they are the best in this business.

How does Four Dollar Click work?

Interestingly, their website calls the system Paid to Click and to become a member you are to open a free account, by filling out some online form, after which you can start clicking. Every click will earn you $4, which seems like a huge amount of money, considering the fact, that other companies would pay out maybe $0.01 per click, which is normal for this kind of business. You might say, I can maybe click 1000 ads in one day and have $100 or even $4000 in the case of FDC.

How many ads?

However, their current website shows a total of 207 available clicks, which is a far cry from the one thousand or more you had expected. Moreover, it is unclear to whom these links are available. It says you can upgrade to premium and have 63 premium ads only for your clicking. Furthermore, you can only visit one site or link at a time and you can only view that link once every 24 hours. Sounds reasonable, but who will guarantee you that you will have ads the next day and if so, how many? I am quite skeptical about their rule that ads will be refreshed every hour.

What about paying out?

Lets us say that with your free account you will be able to click on 20 ads per day, which is by no means guaranteed,  and doing so for five days, you would have total earnings of $400. Now you say, please transfer the money. Haha, sorry but they only pay out after you would reach $4000 and after you have upgraded to a premium membership, which will set you back from a minimum of $60 per month to even $999. Their rule is, pay first, then maybe we pay.

Late payment

Let us say now that you had reached the amount of $4000 in fifty days (in the above example), you ask for pay-out, because according to their terms youdelayed payments have to, but will then take 75 days ( 50 days if you pay a lot) before the transfer, that is if they found you did not breach any contract rules. I bet you they will find some, but if not, it would take you 125 days from starting to receive your first $4000. Your pay-out for the first week will only be done some 4 months later!!

I still have to see the first company that pays with a delay of 3-4 months.

Terms of use

Behold, they have a refund policy, but you will not be amazed that all payments you make to them are non-refundable. They can change any terms at any time at their discretion and without giving you notice. If you do not accept, please inform them and they will cancel your membership. All earning amounts listed are estimated values and can be modified without notice.

No cheating

Oh, and by the way, you are not allowed to cheat. They did go to the trouble of identifying what constitutes cheating, interesting reading. If your account has been inactive for more than 6 days, your earnings will be cleared, taken out and you will never see it back. If you want to cash out and heaven forbid, your account went back to basic, you will lose all your money. This means that if you did pay your monthly membership fee, but they claim they did not receive it, you will lose your earnings.

Final thoughts

The pay-out of $4 per clicked ad appears unusually high compared to amounts transferred by genuine PPC companies.

It is completely unclear how many ads you will be able to click on any given day and although the company hints at some numbers, there is no guarantee whatsoever. This and the price per click does not add to the credibility of this program.

I see no reason whatsoever for the 50-75 days of delay in paying their members. In fact, why do members have to request pay-out and not automatically get paid once $4000 is reached? And 75 days, only to find out if a member breached one of their rules? This smells very fishy to me.

scam alert for sure

The principle of you pay first, then maybe we pay, says it all and should give every sound person an enormous red flag.

If this would still not be enough to convince you, then please note their terms of use closely. If I ever saw a one-sided contract, this is the one, with an utter disregard to customers/members. Sign-up with them and you will be their slave.

My number 1 recommendation

For those of you who are interested to make legit money online and do not want to be scammed, there are various options available on the internet. I personally joined Wealthy Affiliate (WA) in late 2014 and have never looked back. In building my own website I needed training, guidance and constant support from a professional community. All of this I found in WA, which was established in 2005 and has been growing ever since. The cost are very reasonable.

Big step forward

If you would like to become your own boss, working from home, then this unique opportunity might be something for you. I have published a full and detailed review on WA, which you can read by clicking here. Furthermore, this review has a link to the WA program, through which you could join for one week for completely free and experience this once in a lifetime chance.

  1. Well this article made me laugh out loud, literally.
I have seen some scams but this one takes the biscuit.

No payout until $4000 is earned and 3 months later at that. I actually feel sorry for people who are led astray by this one.

Thanks for sharing and giving me a giggle.

    • Yes, this one was quite easy to find out. Common sense should tell everybody that this one is a no-go. Unfortunately many desperate people still fall for such a hoax. Let us hope they just do their research and look at the reviews out there.
